As you take on the management of your project both in terms of time and hands-on labour you can find your self struggling to keep several balls in the air at once. In order for your build to be a success, the project blueprint needs to be crystal clear for the whole team.
Typically, you will find yourself reaching out to any number of independent third party suppliers for all the different elements of your build. Your draftsman who prepared the plans for council approval will have merely draw cabinetwork plans solely to inform the builder where the services are to be located. Very little detail of cabinetwork will have been presented in the building plans.
Our 3D visual presentations allow for easier team collaboration while planning and managing your project. With easy access through web browsers, phones and through the power of VR glasses, you can keep everyone focused on your vision and project goals. We can also produce multi-room drawings where a client can don VR goggles and walk through the kitchen, into the bathroom, then into the laundry and even into bedrooms if required.
Try before you buy
You can experiment with different colour schemes before you even start your build. Choose your favourites from the Dulux paint colour range and we can incorporate them into your presentation. If you're renovating a bathroom, we can also try different tiling colour schemes.
What we offer
Depending on budget, the design will be submitted as 3 x design rendered views or an additional Virtual Reality Presentation or all the above with an additional link to a 3 d animation which will enable the client to experience the design as if they are actually there . All designs come with a Plan and elevation and also with 2 revisions included in the price allowing clients to fine tune their design and enable you to work out a final design.
